Our shop is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother’s Day, Memorial Day, Father’s Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

DELIVERY POLICY
Local delivery fees will be added to each order. Delivery fees vary according to the delivery zip code. Orders should be received before 2:00 p.m. CST to assure same day delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We do not accept international or out of state orders.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one of a kind vase that cannot be replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and or containers due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability may occur. If this is the case with the gift you have selected, we will insure the style, theme and equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the instructions at checkout.​
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and the seasonal availability of some flowers. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or greater value if required.

Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
